My passion lies in supporting their well-being and independence, and I'm driven to make a positive impact on their lives, as well as offer families a dependable care option. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, and I have experience handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I'm professional and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history is important to me when building a connection. I provide respite care, errands and shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm CPR and First Aid trained.
