Crystal was an amazing sitter. We came from Louisiana for Parents' Weekend, and she watched our 9-month-old daughter for 5 hours while we went to a nighttime event. Beforehand, we conducted a Zoom interview, and she shared references, her email, her phone number, and her resume. She showed up on time and communicated quickly when we did checkins. Hiring someone unfamiliar to watch your child in a new city brings some degree of anxiety, but she made us feel completely comfortable before we arrived. The next time we are in Knoxville, I will definitely be calling her to watch our little girl again, and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a sitter.
