I started Child development during my second year or high school. In which I would create weekly lesson plans. Lead a preschool class, engage with the children, plan age appropriate activities, and lots of arts and crafts. Summer break of my junior year I was in a summer program where I would go to Rush Hospital and learn about asthma, breast cancer, and other medical conditions. Go back to boys and girls club and teach younger children about ways to look out for certain medical conditions and how they could help keep a look out within their family. Over the years I worked in a Daycare where I specialized in working with children who had special needs. Which has now led to me being a nanny! I've been a nanny for two families long term but have also picked up temporary gigs and occasional nanny gigs as well. Currently CPR certified along with many other certifications.

Crystal has been an amazing caregiver to our newborn daughter. From the very beginning she has demonstrated exceptional childcare skills and deep commitment to the wellbeing of my daughter. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our daughter is given the best care possible. She is extreme caring and patient with her. With the years of experience that she has and the bond that she has already created with our daughter, we feel comfortable leaving our newborn with her. Crystal never fails us to give us updates throughout the day of how our daughter is doing. We feel so lucky to have found someone as caring as she is.
