Hi, I'm Crystal! I have 11 years of nannying experience and have worked with 3 months to 7 years old. I have worked with 3 different sets of newborn twins and although it can be challenging, it is very rewarding! I also have experience caring for children with medical needs, including administering G-tube feedings, medicine, and food. I hold a BA in Psychology and have taken various childhood development courses, which have helped me understand developmental milestones and ways to foster growth through activities. In addition to my nannying experience, I've worked as a Special Education Aide, assisting children with cognitive and physical delays, and as a case manager, advocating for children's mental health needs within school districts. We had the absolute pleasure of having Crystal care for our twins starting when they were 8 months old, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. From day one, she has been dependable, nurturing, and incredibly responsible. In all the time she worked with us, she never once called out and was always punctual and professional. Our twins can be a handful—they’re energetic, curious, and at times, quite a challenge—but Crystal handled everything with patience , grace and confidence She always stayed calm under pressure and managed to keep things fun, structured, and safe for both kids. It takes a special kind of person to manage twins so well, and she did it with ease. What makes her stand out most is the deep trust she built with our family—I truly think of her like family now. She cared for our children with so much love and attention, always going above and beyond. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have Crystal as a caregiver!!
