Crystal is a warm, caring, easy going person who does an excellent job cooking, cleaning, and, most importantly, making my mom feel comfortable. Crystal really brightens everyone's day; it is great to work with her. It is also easy to ask her to do things somewhat differently, she never takes offense. For instance, I recently asked all of our caregivers to please not put any plastic items in the dishwasher. She said, "Sure no problem. Do you know where the waffle iron is?" That's Crystal for you, adjust if need be, smile, and back to work.
