While it didn't work out long-term due to scheduling conflicts, Crystal was an angel, constantly in communication with us and pitching ideas to help. She showed up last-minute (a very long way from home!) to give another caregiver a much-needed break and we are eternally grateful! I only wish her schedule was more open so we could have worked with her more.
