This caregiver needed step by step instructions for simple task. She was asked to help participate in care when she was being paid and she spent a lot of time on her phone, little to no experience working with male children. At the end of our work relationship she left inappropriately and still has our two car seats in her possession. After several attempts to get them back even offering to drive to her location explaining that they’re very expensive, this caregiver blocked us even though we paid her in full all of her wages and then some.
