About Erin

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With 10 years of experience working with young people, I tutor elementary and middle school students in English, social studies, science, art, music, drama, business, and study skills. I also have experience supporting students with behavioral, attention, and learning needs, including those with IEPs and 504 Plans. I create a patient, supportive environment and adapt my approach to each student's learning style. Through visual aids, hands-on activities, and manageable steps, I help students understand challenging concepts while building confidence and independence. As a youth coach, vocalist, musician, and creative, I can also provide support with goal-setting, leadership, decision-making, and self-expression when helpful. I value open communication with families and look forward to helping your student thrive.
