I'm Crystal , i'm 21 years old, I absolutely love kids and love being a nanny or babysitting! I've taken care and babysat babies/kids for family members countless of times. When my brother had to return to work I took care of my niece since she was a new born to now she's almost 4 years old. My first nanny position was 4 kids, ages 5-12. My second family was a 3-month-old, so I have experience with all ages! I've babysat here and there a good bit but I'm looking to get back into it full time. I also like to dog sit and have done that many times so I'm great with any pets, and I'm open to traveling as well, I'm very energetic, and positive. I'm good with organization, and routines! I'm very patient, creative, fun and loving person.

My wife and I set up a phone interview with Crystal. We called three times and left her a message on Care.com before she got back to us. We had even given her the option, ahead of time, to call us instead. When we did speak, we made an appointment to meet in person in our home. We shared our address and a reminder of the time and date. She immediately asked to reschedule; apparently she had not looked at her calendar before agreeing to that time. That was the last we heard from her. Based on our limited experience, we do not believe Crystal is responsible enough to be trusted with a child.
