Hi! My name is Crystal. I have a ton of experience in the household industry from being a nanny to 3 professional families to owning a housecleaning business with over 75 residential clients. As a nanny, I was responsible for laundry, cleaning, errands and light meal prep to full dinner prep. I've watched children from infancy to 15 years old. I have been married for 24 years and I have 3 boys: 21, 19 and 14. My 21-year-old is an assistant manager and is 6 months away from obtaining his bachelor's degree. My middle is an electrician apprentice and is also in school for it. My youngest is the youngest. Smart and kind and funny. Crystal is simply phenomenal, and I cannot recommend her more highly! For nearly 3 years (starting when our son was 3 months & daughter was almost 2), she provided exceptional, loving care for our kids (now almost 3 & 5). Crystal consistently planned fun, age-appropriate activities and had the perfect balance of warmth and boundaries, always respecting our parenting style. She's incredibly reliable (punctual & communicates proactively if delayed) and wonderfully considerate – she kept our home tidy after play and worked seamlessly alongside us as WFH parents. We sadly have to part ways due to preschool starting and a move, but hiring Crystal was one of our best decisions! Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her – highest recommendation!
