Crystal has been caring for our son since he was just a couple of months old, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is incredibly trustworthy, honest, dependable, and respectful, and she always has our son’s best interest at heart. She is the only person I feel completely comfortable and confident leaving him with, which is something I never take for granted. Now that he is one, it melts my heart to see how excited he gets when Crystal walks through the door—he immediately reaches for her! Their bond is so special, and it says so much about how safe, loved, and comfortable he feels with her. Crystal is also extremely respectful of us as parents. She never assumes or makes decisions about something new without checking with me first, and she always makes sure I am comfortable with anything she wants to introduce or do with him. She communicates well and truly respects our wishes and parenting choices. She is nurturing, patient, attentive, reliable, and genuinely cares for our son as if he were her own. We feel incredibly lucky that Crystal has been a part of his life, and we are so grateful for every bit of love and care she has given him.
