About Crystal

I'm Crystal, a Registered Home Care Aide and former Program Manager with over 20 years of experience supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities. My background includes home care, supportive living, assisted living, day programs, and behavioral support services. I believe quality care is about more than just daily needs. I enjoy helping clients stay active, independent, and connected to their community through life skills, errands, transportation, meal preparation, appointments, and everyday activities. I especially enjoy getting clients out of the house-whether it's going to the hair or nail salon, shopping, grabbing lunch, or simply trying something new and stepping outside their comfort zone. I take the time to learn each person's needs, interests, and comfort level so I can provide support that feels personal and meaningful.
