I'd describe my personality as compassionate, reliable and resourceful. I love helping people maintain their independence and quality of life. I like being able to provide companionship, and make a positive difference in their day-to-day lives. I'm looking for a job where I can use my experience to help people live independently and feel safe. I grew up in a family that operated a residential care home at an early age. Professionally, I began working in senior and disability services about 9 years ago, In group homes, convalescent settings, private homes, community-based programs, and day centers. I like to enjoy spending time with family and helping others I'm naturally a people-person and enjoy staying active and productive.
