My name is Crystal and I'm 30 years old. I have been working/caring for children for over 18 years, & in the special needs field for 12+years. I am very mature, responsible & trustworthy & patient. I also come with my own transportation. I'd describe my personality as adventurous, outgoing, friendly, sensitive, sentimental and definitely devoted. I like working with kids because everyday you get to provide love, care, useful skills, life lessons. I'm looking for a job that respects what I can bring to their family, to create honesty, and love who I am towards there child/children. I started working with kids when I was very very young. Over 18 years ago , 12+years with special needs. One thing you should know about me is I have a 9-year-old son who was a micro preemie (under a pound at birth!) I work very close to my families and have many years under my belt at a young age. I am driven and devoted to helping families all around & have a very strong connection towards children.
