Hi there, my name is Crystal! I'm an energetic and creative 32-year-old. I started out nannying at age 19 to gain experience in working with children, as my goal at the time was to go into education. I have experience with all ages, but the bulk of my experience has been with infants and toddlers. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. We recently hired Crystal to babysit our daughter during a wedding, and she was wonderful. She kept our toddler entertained and happy the entire time and she was great at gently redirecting when needed. She arrived on time, was communicative, and made the whole evening feel easy for us.
