Hi there, my name is Crystal! I'm an energetic and creative 32-year-old. I started out nannying at age 19 to gain experience in working with children, as my goal at the time was to go into education. I have experience with all ages, but the bulk of my experience has been with infants and toddlers. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. A couple of things I love doing with my nanny kids are crafts, pretend play, baking, and being outdoors often when the weather is appropriate. We had such a wonderful experience with Crystal. My kids instantly loved her warm energy and enthusiasm. She engaged with them in lots of pretend play and always made sure they had plenty of time outside. I appreciated how she encouraged my kids to help with safe, small tasks (like washing dishes) which made them feel proud and involved. She was attentive, fun, and creative, and I felt confident knowing my kids were happy and well cared for. We’d highly recommend her!
