Hi there, my name is Crystal! I'm an energetic and creative 32-year-old. I started out nannying at age 19 to gain experience in working with children, as my goal at the time was to go into education. I have experience with all ages, but the bulk of my experience has been with infants and toddlers. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. A couple of things I love doing with my nanny kids are crafts, pretend play, baking, and being outdoors often when the weather is appropriate. Crystal has been an occasional date night sitter for us for a while now and she is a GEM! She is incredibly fun, patient, and nurturing. One of the things we appreciate most is how much she encourages imaginative play and outdoor adventures instead of relying on screens. Another thing that we really appreciate is her ability to meet children where they are at, my daughter has some very big emotions and it’s great to see how compassionate Crystal has been in handling the occasional meltdowns. We would certainly recommend her for anybody looking for a sitter or nanny.
