About Crystal

Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine. My positive experiences babysitting ignited a desire to foster children's growth and development, and I am eager to make a positive impact on their lives. I'm patient, calm, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ages 4-11. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and by following their preferred communication method. I also follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and skills to your family!
