Based on Crystal's positive reviews on another caregiver website, I'm sure many have had good experiences with her. Unfortunately we had scheduled her for a morning "mother's helper" shift that she did not fulfill. We got a text at 11pm clarifying the address and rate and we responded in less than 90 minutes. No word from Crystal after calling and multiple texts, only to eventually hear that she was uncertain of the booking and "did not plan accordingly." Last minute, uncommunicated cancellations are very difficult for young families and we are left stranded this morning.
