About Crystal

I don't usually write bad reviews but I felt I needed to write this one so this does not happen to any moms out there that are looking for help on this platform. I had a phone interview with Crystal, and everything went well. We planned to meet in person a couple of days later. I called to give Crystal our meeting address. I left a voice message and sent her a txt. She completely blew me off. Did not bother to return my call or txt messages. I was very disappointed cos I had planned my week with her in my schedule to watch my kids, so I had to cancel 😞 my plans because I did not hear back from her. I think it's very unprofessional and I just wanted to put it out there, so any mom seriously looking for a sitter knows Crystal is not reliable. She couldn't even honor our appointment.
