About Crystal

Hi! My name is Crystal and I am 28 years old. I am the oldest child of 4 kids, with my youngest sibling being 13. I have been babysitting for 13+ years and have watched newborns up to 15 years+. I have an extensive background in special education and working with children and adults with disabilities. I have experience as a PASS/Respite worker. I have worked as a teacher assistant in a high school special education classroom and as a teacher assistant in a typical first grade classroom. One of my siblings is on the spectrum and I play a huge part in her day to day. I am also the coach of an inclusive baseball team. I have worked as a teacher assistant in daycares in the infant and toddler rooms. I am comfortable with pets and I also have my own vehicle. I am a nonsmoker. I love reading, cooking, the beach, the zoo, Boston sports and doing crafts.
