I've had the joy of caring for children aged 3 months to teens for about 8 years now! I've mostly worked with toddlers and pre teens. My latest family I worked for about for 4 years so I am loyal! I am also patient, creative, friendly, and believe in open and honest communication with children and parents. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and have a do as I'm told mentality! I can also be a self starter and work on tasks as I see them.
