With a decade dedicated to enriching the lives of adults and seniors, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide committed to providing compassionate and professional care. My graduate studies have further enhanced my understanding of individual needs. I offer respite care, live-in support, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and their preferred methods.
