I'm Crystal, A Wife, Mom, Step-Mom and former Educator for NJ Charter schools. I've worked with children for the past two decades in various capacities. The most significant to my career was teaching for five years when I decided to stay at home after my second child was born. That's when my teaching experience gave me advantage to homeschool my youngest children, who today are avid, above-grade-level readers and great mathematicians. My approach to teaching is conceptual and it has served us well. I'm looking to support a Mom who wants to go back to work a 3-4 days out of the week while her kiddos join a homeachooling family for the rest of the school year, ages 6-11.
