About Crystal

I describe my personality as loyal, empathetic, and kind. I enjoy tutoring because I believe that all children learn differently. I find it rewarding to identify and understand each student's individual learning style. I am a strong advocate for differentiated instruction, as I believe it is the most effective approach to ensure that every child can succeed. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, and where I can teach using my own methods. I started tutoring when I had my own in-home Pre-K in 2013. In my spare time, I like to relax and hang with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I have 2 kids, and I have my Masters in education. My skills include researching teaching material best for each student, prefer kindergarten readiness through 3rd grade, and dedicated.
