About Crystal

We have known Crystal for nearly a decade. She had babysat for us since our three children (now 12, 9, 6) were infants and was always attentive and thoughtful. In August 2020, we hired her as our part-time nanny. She managed the high levels of stress of Zoom school with patience and kindness, helped our children navigate the transition back to in-person school, and was so thoughtful and responsive about the uncertainties of caring for children during the pandemic. Over the last two years, she has cared for our children after school and they (and we!) adore her. She is calm and loving with them, but also happy to take them out for adventures in the summer and seamlessly manages the complicated schedules of busy kids. We trust her completely. She has also done a phenomenal job of adjusting to their changing needs over time, from toddlerhood through adolescence, talking with them honestly and lovingly. Although it has been awhile since we have had infants, Crystal's training as a CNA and prior experience working in a hospital with newborns makes her one of the best trained caregivers of babies around! Any family will be incredibly lucky to have Crystal in their lives and I am more than happy to be a reference. She's been such a gift to our family and continues to be!
