About Crystal

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, fostering their independence and well-being. My previous experiences in care roles solidified my passion for this work. I strive to bring patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor to every interaction. I respect the independence of those I care for. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates. I have some college experience, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. I'm happy to assist with transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family.
