Crystal is amazing—I am a retired hospital chaplain who watched her care, for probably a year, for a dear friend whose was in home hospice. Crystal is both incredibly professional—she clearly understands both the emotional and the physical needs of people who are in late-in-life/end-of-life situations. She is incredibly competent and at the same time, deeply empathetic and caring. If I were looking for sometime to take care of my aging parents or my husband or anyone else I loved, I would want it to be Crystal. I cannot emphasize how I respect her for her work ethic and for her loving care. I do not know if my friend’s family hired her through care.com (I’m assuming they did), but she is someone you absolutely want on your caregiving team.
