I cannot say enough great things about Crystal — she is a true gem and an absolute blessing to our family! Crystal cared for my son, and from the moment she arrived, it was clear she has a natural gift with children. Not only did she engage him in fun and creative playtime, but she also went above and beyond by helping reinforce his sign language skills — something that is very important to us. Watching how patiently and thoughtfully she supported his learning was incredibly heartwarming. Crystal is also incredibly reliable and professional. She followed all of our instructions perfectly, including our end bedtime routine, and kept me updated throughout the evening so I felt completely at ease. It’s such a comfort as a parent to know that your child is in capable, caring hands. Most importantly, our son absolutely adored his time with Crystal! It was wonderful to see him so happy, engaged, and comfortable.
