With 20+ years of experience in child development and early childhood education, I am dedicated to providing exceptional care that nurtures children's growth. With 27 units in CD & ECE, I have worked with all ages (newborns - teens) as a head teacher, for preschool & pre-K, instructional aide (K-8), nanny, before & after-school program lead, & mentor teacher to name a few. I am an Enrollment & Operations Specialist for a nationwide employer-sponsored childcare company, giving me a unique perspective on family needs & quality care. I have extensive experience with multiples, & children with medical/special needs (mild - severe). I am reliable & trustworthy, connecting with children in a nurturing yet structured way. I prioritize open communication and adapt to parents' preferred methods of updates. I am: CPR & First Aid certified, a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), know ASL, comfortable with pets. Experienced with 4+ children, & multi-families at once.
