I cannot say enough good things about Crystal so I'll stick to the highlights. She was with us from the end of March - June at our home in Parker and she did an incredible job with our 2 year old. She is extremely hands-on but allows children their independence as well. She kept the house tidy and cleaned up after herself and the baby at all times. She helped me IMMENSELY while I dealt with physical limitations in prepping for our second baby. From meal-prep, to laundry, to sanitizing baby bottles, she was always happy to help and always ensured she stayed busy while the little one was napping. Based on an unpleasant prior experience with another nanny, I had high expectations for a caregiver but Crystal met and exceeded every one of them. We are so sad she is moving out of state and would have loved to have her long-term but wish her and her family the very best. If you are considering hiring Crystal, I very HIGHLY recommend it and would happily serve as a referral source.
