Our family loves Crystal! She is punctual, friendly, attentive and follows our routine. Our son loves her and is very comfortable with her. I always feel safe knowing that she is there watching him. If there is ever a question or concern she will text me right away. We hired her to come once a week and she has been the best help. Oh and if I need a last minute babysitter she is always willing to help.
