About Crystal

Crystal B. recently completed her first housekeeping visit in my home, and I was extremely pleased with the results. My primary goal for this visit was to reset and organize my home office, which had become a major project over time. Crystal worked diligently throughout the day and transformed the space from overwhelming to clean, functional, and organized. She also made excellent progress in my daughter S. bedroom by dusting, vacuuming, wiping furniture, and organizing the room exactly as requested. Crystal was professional, hardworking, respectful of my home, and followed my priorities exactly as we discussed. She communicated well, maintained a positive attitude throughout the day, and willingly took on a very challenging first visit. I especially appreciated her flexibility when we moved the appointment up by one day and her willingness to work with me regarding my daughter’s medical needs. She was thoughtful, accommodating, and truly cared about making sure everything was done safely. I look forward to having Crystal return to continue where we left off, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, professional, and thorough housekeeper.
