About Crystal

I am a 2020 graduate of the University of Michigan with a B. S in movement science. I've worked as a strength and conditioning coach, training middle schoolers, high schoolers, college athletes, as well as professional athletes. I have coached multiple sports at various levels. The past two years I've worked as a high school advanced English teacher. I have experience creating curriculum from scratch that both engages and challenges students. I'd describe my personality as intentional, joyful, and easy going I'm looking for a job that allows me to work for a good family that holds the same values as me such as integrity, authenticity, and faith. I started working with kids when I was in college working as a camp counselor as well reading to elementary students as part time job during the school year. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside, kayaking, playing volleyball and pickleball, camping, and reading My skills include behavior guidance, activity planning and empathy
