Hi, I'm Crystal, a dedicated nanny/governess with over 25 years of experience in early childhood care. I specialize in nurturing children from birth to 5 years old with a Christian background, loving, firm, and development-focused approach. My background includes working in churches, daycare centers, schools, private homes as a nanny and or governess, and 4 years experience of operating my own licensed home daycare. I've completed 75 credit hours in Early Childhood Education and hold certifications in CPR/First Aid and infant sleep training. My expertise consist of newborn and infant care, toddler development and behavior guidance, childcare routine tasks, structured learning, and light: housekeeping/meal prep. My mission is to provide intentional care that fosters each child's growth in a safe, nurturing, and encouraging environment.
