About Crystal Ann

My journey in childcare began while attending college and working as a nanny while attending school. At this time I provided daily care for two children, ages 6 and 11. This experience allowed me to develop my ability to manage the diverse needs of children at different developmental stages. I'm now in the Seattle area after moving from Ohio several years ago. I currently nanny for a local family, caring for two children ages 10 and 8 years old. Prior to this role I worked as a Youth Development Professional at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bellevue, playing a crucial role as both an assistant teacher for the Great Futures Preschool program where I worked with 3 and 4-year-old children, and as an afterschool care provider for children aged 5-10, where I created and implemented daily activities promoting both fun and learning. Through these roles I was able to hone my ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents, ensuring a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
