About Crystal Ann

My journey in childcare began while attending college, working as a nanny while attending school. I provided daily care for two children, ages 6 and 11. This experience allowed me to develop my ability to manage the diverse needs of children at different developmental stages. I'm now in the Lancaster, Ohio area after moving from Seattle, Washington last year. I most recently queried as a nanny and household manager for a local family, caring for two children ages 1 and 3 years old. Prior to this role I worked as a Youth Development Professional at the Boys and Girls Club, as both an assistant teacher for the Great Futures Preschool where I worked with 3 and 4-year-old children, and as an afterschool care provider for children aged 5-10, where I created and implemented daily activities promoting both fun and learning. Through these roles I was able to hone my ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents, ensuring a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
