About Crosby

Unlocking a student's potential begins with fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. With one year of experience in Math, English, and Science, I prioritize building confidence by breaking complex problems into manageable, achievable steps. I adapt my methods to your unique needs through open communication and regular feedback, ensuring our sessions remain engaging and supportive. By connecting challenging concepts to your personal interests and real-world examples, I empower you to develop critical thinking skills that lead to long-term success. I believe that clear, consistent communication with both you and your parents is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Seeing your confidence bloom as you master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to partnering with you to reach your goals and making our time together truly enjoyable.
