Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. With six years of experience, I dedicate myself to fostering each child's unique growth and development. My background includes a college degree and coursework in early childhood development, complemented by First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am patient, creative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children through activities like outdoor games, puzzles, and educational play. I also have extensive experience in behavior analysis for kids with autism and behavior challenges, which is what I currently do full time. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and always prioritize open communication with parents through updates at pickup or via their preferred method. I can also help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. It would be my pleasure to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family, creating a safe and enriching environment for your child to thrive.
