As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I'm skilled in providing transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I always prioritize understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through written reports and regular updates, always following their preferred method.
