Hi there! I'm Cristy, a passionate caregiver who believes children have an incredible way of showing us who we are through play, curiosity, and everyday connection. I love working with kids because each interaction is an opportunity for growth, reflection, and joy. I'm currently looking for a position that supports a healthy work-life balance, gives me the chance to give back to my community, and allows me to nurture both the children in my care and their families. My approach is rooted in conscious discipline and I wholeheartedly believe in the power of positive reinforcement to foster trust, safety, and confidence. When I'm not working, you'll likely find me swimming, solving puzzles or playing board games with my family, or curled up with my three beloved rescue pets and a good horror or thriller movie.
