We hired Cristina full time as a nanny/household help. Major problems we experienced were: she did not show up for work on Monday morning without notice, she is not very fluent with English because of which she had difficulty in following our instructions and lastly not experienced in preparing solid meals for infant. She was helping in everything for baby and housekeeping (dishes/laundry/kitchen cleaning/making beds). Otherwise she is good in whatever she helped with. Just not showing up without communicating bothers a lot when both parents are working and there is no time for parents to search a nanny
