This is a criminal background check required for all caregivers before they can message families.
Experience: 1 yr
I have worked as a caregiver since High School when my mother was a licensed care giver. She would have me help her and would pay me. Now that I'm in college I'm currently working at a daycare so I have experience with all ages of children. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I also have my Care-giving License.
Cristina has worked with me for nearly two academic years now as a Language Lab Assistant at Idaho State University. In that capacity, I find her to be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Cristina continually demonstrates the ability to make good judgement calls when she encounters a challenge, a strength that I certainly look for in a child care provider. In addition, Cristina is creative and fun, and always has some new creative outlet. I believe that preschool and pre-K children would really enjoy being around her. Cristina also has a family history of childcare - her mom ran a daycare at her home - and she has received CPR and first aid as well as on the job training at her daycare job here in Pocatello. While Cristina has not yet cared for my 2-year old, due in part to her current daycare job that requires her to work extensive hours, I have asked her on a couple of occasions, and will continue to request Cristina as a care provider for my daughter, because I like and trust her implicitly.
