Cristina has a great presence with my kids (aged 5, 2.5, and 1.5). She is warm and caring, but also holds the line with house rules and expectations. She was able to meet the needs of each of my kids at their developmental level and make them feel comfortable and cared for in our absence. Cristina is a professional and we feel as though we can depend on her to be available, on time, and follow through with expectations. My kids love her and keep asking when she will come back!
