About Cristina

I worked in the operating room at UT for 10 years. In 2021, my mother had a stroke, fell and broke her femur. This prompted my decision to leave work and become her full-time caretaker. I enjoy helping people who would otherwise be isolated or have difficulties performing activities of daily living. I can provide companionship, transportation to appointments and events, help meal plan and shop for those meals, light cleaning and organizing. I have experience with Alzheimer's patients as well as those with limited mobility. I'm searching for a family that could use an extra set of hands and companionship. On a more personal note, I'm married and have two adult children. My oldest has Downs Syndrome, so patience is definitely one of my strong suits. I'm interested in improving someone's quality of life, outlook, and prolonging independence.
