Cris was absolutely awesome in taking care of our cats while we were away for a week. One of my cats needed two kinds of medication, and this is a cat that doesn't let you pick her up. But Cris was able to improve Turbo's medication routine with a calmer capture process. She proved that a cat behavioral specialist is a smart choice if you have unusual cat issues or older cats like ours. By the end of the week, Cris even got Turbo to sit calmly in her lap without trying to escape, which she never did for us. We received twice daily video updates (using Google glasses) that were much better than a text message or email —we could see how the pill-taking went each morning and night, plus playtime activities with all of the cats (especially useful for our oldest cat, who has weight issues due to a steroid medication). All of this is evidence of Cris' caring professional approach to making sure our cats had the best possible vacation experience. Thank you, Cris!
