Cristiana was a very nice, empathetic caregiver to our 14-month old son during her time with us which ended unexpectedly due to personal issues on her part well outside of her control (so no fault or issue there). Our son, who is very shy around new people, grew to be very comfortable with her, which was wonderful. However, she was not as reliable in committing to our requested hours and would sometimes arrive late to her shifts or depart early without prior notice. She also lacked some skills expected of a full time nanny such as managing feeding and mealtime during the day. Overall, we felt she would be more suited to a babysitter role instead of a full-time nanny position until she gains more experience with skills required of full-time nannies. We would recommend her to other families seeking a similar type of caregiving environment.
