About Crislaine

I am a responsible and patient caregiver with experience working with children and families in both childcare and behavioral support settings. I have experience providing support in home environments through structured routines, communication support, positive behavior strategies, housekeeping assistance, meal preparation assistance, and maintaining organized and safe spaces. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and CPR/First Aid certified. I have also completed additional professional trainings including HIPAA, APD Direct Care Core Competencies, Zero Tolerance, HIV/AIDS Training, Civil Rights, and Security Awareness. I speak fluent Spanish and basic English. I am organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment for children and families.
