I needed to go back to work after having my second child, and I was nervous to leave my kids with a sitter. Enter Cris. This woman is a saint. She is great with my kids (2y and 2m). She sings and laughs with my son, and he doesn't cry when she comes like he has with past sitters. Cris is constantly communicating with me as things comes up, and she asks for tasks to complete during the day. I'm amazed what she can get done while holding a baby, and my home is clean when I get back from work without asking. I would rehire Cris in a heartbeat, and hope to keep her for the foreseeable future.
