About Cris

Empowering students to move beyond rote memorization is the foundation of my teaching practice. With three years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in helping elementary and middle school students master mathematics by fostering critical thinking and genuine curiosity. I adapt my methods to your unique needs, whether through hands-on activities, visual aids, or interactive discussions. Because I prioritize open communication, I provide regular progress updates to ensure we are always aligned on your goals. I find immense joy in witnessing those "aha!" moments when a difficult concept finally clicks and your confidence begins to soar. I am happy to meet you at a library, school, or coffee shop to begin our work together. I truly look forward to supporting your academic journey and helping you discover how capable you are.
