I'd describe my personality as empathetic, quirky, and open. I'm like a quirky art teacher with a deep maternal instinct. I like working with kids because they are the future. I admire their curiosity and tenacity, and fostering their development is very rewarding. I'm looking for a job where my childcare values match those of my employer. I subscribe to Gentle Parenting and the Montessori method. I started working with kids when I was in middle school for a summer camp where I was a group leader. I worked more with kids when I was a Girl Scout, as a math and english tutor, a special needs program volunteer, and as a live-in-nanny. I do my best to preserve your child's personality. I work with your family to help your child meet milestones, broaden their skills, and learn. We'll also have tons of fun! In my spare time, I like to forage for medicinal plants, make jewelry, draw, and go to flea markets.
