About Crisan Hanice

As a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have years of experience providing support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental learning differences. I work alongside individualized education goals and accommodations outlined in IEPs and supporting students who benefit from 504 accommodations. My approach is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each child's unique learning style. While building phonics, math, communication, or study skills, I focus on creating a structured, engaging, and positive learning environment conducive to individual growth. My passion is helping children develop independence, celebrate their progress, and discover the joy of learning at their own pace while supporting families for long term success.
