About Courtney

My name is Courtney and I am 27 years old. I moved to Chicago from Iowa in 2019 after graduating with my liberal arts degree along with 6 credits of early childhood education. My experience includes more than five years providing childcare to family and close friends along with helping at my hometown church with Wednesday night classes and vacation bible school. I started working as an infant teacher shortly after moving to Chicago at an early childhood academy, working with children ages 3 months to 15 months. A year into work became lead infant teacher. I focus on different milestones regarding physical, cognitive, social emotional and language development. I love making sure outside time is available and switching out activities to stimulate growing minds. Trained labor and postpartum doula working in the evenings and looking to find a family to offer care during the mornings part time. Available hours ranging M-F 6 a.m. - 1pm
