About Courtney

I have worked with children since I was 16 years old. I first worked in the "Kid's Zone" at the YMCA. I worked in Kid's Zone for 5 years and was promoted to the coordinator. This job included caring for children ages 6 weeks old to 12 years old. I was responsible for planning all crafts and activities. I then started working as a nanny. For one year I cared for a family with a newborn baby girl and a 3-year-old girl. Then I spent 4 years nannying twin girls full time. I began caring for them when they were 4 months old and continued until they were 5 years old when they no longer needed my care (they started full time kindergarten). The last 7 years I have been a stay at home mom to my own kids. My daughter is 7 and my son is 6. I have great references from all of my past jobs. I am very reliable and have a flexible schedule. I have been CPR certified since I was 16, retaking the course every 2 years. I have also taken a course on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
