About Courtney

Hello! I'm a compassionate and experienced provider with a deep passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. My 9 years of experience in state-mandated childcare facilities, 1 year of nannying and now current position as a paraprofessional at the WASD working with special needs middle schoolers have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide a well rounded environment for kiddos of all ages and backgrounds. My patient, calm, and friendly nature creates a positive atmosphere for kiddos to thrive. I believe in open communication and providing regular updates and quickly addressing any issues that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to keep a structured/safe environment. I enjoy a variety of activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development. I'm comfortable caring for kiddos ranging in age from infants to teens (0-14 years). I have transportation, am CPR & First Aid certified, and comfortable with most pets.
